These terms cover the text message program run by Pretty Ugly Tattoos, doing business as Pretty Ugly Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”), Charlotte, North Carolina. By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

What you will get

Recurring automated marketing text messages from Pretty Ugly Collective about appointment openings, flash days, specials, events and studio news.

How you opt in

You join only by entering your mobile number and checking the text message consent box, either in the signup on our Site or on our booking form. Giving us your phone number for a booking inquiry does not sign you up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

How often

Message frequency varies. We aim to text only when there is something worth sharing.

Cost

We do not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, depending on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then you will not receive further marketing texts unless you sign up again. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to remove your number.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have permission to use, the mobile number you enter. The program is for US mobile numbers.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage and is not guaranteed.

If your number changes

If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first, or email us, so we do not text whoever gets the number next.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages for us.

Changes

We may update these terms or end the program at any time. The “last updated” date above shows the most recent version.
