Health & your responsibility
Tattooing and permanent makeup carry inherent risks, including but not limited to swelling, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, and variation in healing. You are responsible for:
- Disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin conditions, or if you are pregnant or nursing.
- Being honest about your health and following all pre-appointment guidance.
We reserve the right to decline or stop a service at any time, including if we believe it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
Results, healing & touch-ups
Results vary from person to person. Healing, color retention, and final appearance depend on your skin and your aftercare. Permanent makeup in particular typically fades over time and may require touch-ups, which may be charged separately. Following your aftercare instructions is essential; we are not responsible for outcomes affected by improper aftercare.
Photography & media release
We may photograph or video your tattoo or permanent makeup work for our portfolio, website, and social media. Images focus on the artwork and do not identify you by name. If you prefer that we not photograph or post your piece, please tell your artist before your appointment and we will respect your request.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at our discretion, including for reasons of safety, conduct, intoxication, or health.
